1-Disease Surveillance (R):
COVID-19 Data Analysis for Africa: Developed an interactive tool providing real-time analytics on COVID-19 trends across African nations to support informed public health responses. [COVID-19 Data Analysis]
Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Disability: Created a global health tool visualizing Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALY), Years of Life Lost (YLL), Years Lived with Disability (YLD), and mortality rates by cause, gender, and country. [Global Disease Burden]
2-Bioinformatics Analysis (R):
Tuberculosis Phenotype Analysis: Analyzed M. tuberculosis phenotypes in caseum relative to other lung micro-environments in the C3HeB/FeJ mouse model. [TB Phenotype Analysis]
Drug Interaction Deconvolution: Investigated drug interactions in M. tuberculosis using transcriptomic data, with BPaL as a prototype example. [TB Drug Interaction]
3-GIS Mapping Tool (R):
Hexagonal binning GIS Mapper: Developed a geospatial visualization tool that enhances data privacy by masking individual data points. The tool allows users to select various masking techniques while maintaining analytical insights. [Hexbin GIS Mapper]
4-Bayesian Drug Development Analysis (R):
Bayesian Hierarchical Modeling: Implements a Bayesian hierarchical model for two-group analysis, incorporating priors and group variability to improve decision-making in preclinical research. [Bayesian Hierarchical Modeling]
Bayesian Dose-Response Modeling: Performs Bayesian dose-response analysis, estimating target effect probabilities and visualizing uncertainty to optimize drug efficacy. [Bayesian Dose-Response Modeling]
Bayesian Toxicity Analysis Using Logistic Regression: Utilizes Bayesian logistic regression to estimate toxicity probability and determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD), balancing efficacy and safety in drug trials. [Bayesian Toxicity Modeling]
