Christian Dide-Agossou (CDA), PhD is an epidemiologist and data scientist with over a decade of experience in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights. After completing his doctorate degree in Epidemiology at the University of Colorado Anschutz and a professional certificate at the Massachusetts Institue of Technology, CDA advanced through roles at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, CDC, and Denver Research Institute—honing skills in large-scale data integration, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
By bridging technical and clinical worlds, CDA excels at designing observational and clinical studies, developing automated workflows, and creating interactive tools (R Shiny, Python Dash, Tableau). This deep expertise has driven impactful initiatives in HIV, TB, cancer, and malaria research, from data modernization efforts to evidence-based policy recommendations.
